Harford County’s newest entrepreneurial support program, The GROUNDFLOOR at Harford, is designed to give entrepreneurial technology application developers that opportunity.  Another step in the already rich support system for the County’s entrepreneurs and small business owners, The GROUNDFLOOR at Harford is literally the ground floor for application and cyber-security content development.  The facility provides a single large room filled with unlimited potential for collaboration.  Located in Havre de Grace’s Swan Creek Village near Aberdeen Proving Ground, The GROUNDFLOOR at Harford is modeled after successful entrepreneurial work spaces in Austin, TX, Silicon Valley, CA and New York, NY.

Membership is available in  three tiers:

All tiers provide members with

  • Reciprocity with Betamore and bwtech@umbc (up to 2x/mo)
  • Access to all programming events and speakers
  • On-site entrepreneurial support
  • Kitchen
  • Free parking

Tier 1 ($100/mo)

This is an entry level package designed for day office use, teleworkers, and entrepreneurs looking for a start.

  • Groundfloor access 9am-5pm Monday through Friday (closed during Government holidays)
  • Wireless internet access
  • (1) 1hr premium meeting space accommodating 10-12 people or (2) 1hr standard conference space for  4-6 people

Tier 2 ($150/mo)

This package is for that start up business that needs consistent quality meeting space and a dedicated professional work environment.

  • Groundfloor access 24/7
  • Wireless internet access
  • (1) ½ day flexible technology enabled training space accommodating up to 30 people or (2) 1hr premium meeting space accommodating 7-12 people or (4)
  • 1hr standard conference space for  4-6 people
  • A la carte print/copy services available (50 b/w minimum)

Tier 3 ($300/mo)

Designed for the growing small business that needs consistent quality meeting space and a dedicated professional work environment with access to office services.

  • Groundfloor access 24/7
  • Unlimited wireless internet access
  • (1) ½ day flexible technology enabled training space accommodating up to 30 people or (4) 1hr premium meeting space accommodating 7-12 or (8) 1hr standard meeting space for 2-6 guests  per month
  • Access to virtual reception which includes voicemail and call forwarding capabilities
  • Access to mail reception
  • Light print/copy services (100 b/w and 25 color monthly) additional copy services available a la carte

 

After submitting your information, you will be forwarded to our payment site. After completing payment, you will be an active member of the GroundFloor.  Tier 2 & 3 members should stop by our office on their first visit to receive their 24/7 access cards.
